MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Janeissy.
Janeissy Fernandez, MA, BCBA, QBA, IBA, BCAP, LBA
What began as a mother trying to understand how to help her own child became a lifelong mission. After her oldest son was diagnosed with autism, Janeissy became an RBT® and then a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®). Today she is a clinician, scientist-practitioner and PhD student in Behavior Analysis who supports children, families, future behavior analysts and agencies.

Shaping Minds ABA was created from a simple idea: behavior analysis can help people create meaningful change in many different ways, and those services should be individualized, ethical, evidence-based and truly responsive to the person or organization in front of us.
